Privacy Policy

Who we are

Perch is a product of Radii Technologies LLC (“Radii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when organizations and their users use Perch.

Information we collect

Depending on how Perch is used, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, and role or access assignments within an organization.
• Field labor data: worker names, hours worked, work dates, locations, project assignments, and related day records that organizations enter or generate in Perch.
• Files uploaded by users: photos and documents submitted as part of field work, time-and-materials records, or other product workflows.
• Technical and operational data: information needed to operate the service, such as authentication session data and basic application logs.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide and operate Perch for the organization’s account
• Support field labor accountability, time tracking, and related reporting
• Provide optional integrations the organization chooses to connect, including QuickBooks Online
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product
• Respond to support and privacy inquiries

QuickBooks Online integration

When an organization connects QuickBooks Online to Perch, Perch accesses that organization’s QuickBooks company data solely to provide the integration the organization enabled.

• Perch reads the QuickBooks employee list (including employee names and IDs) so the organization can map Perch workers to QuickBooks employees.
• Perch writes time-activity records into the organization’s QuickBooks company. Those records include worker, date, and hours.
• OAuth tokens used for QuickBooks are stored encrypted and used only to provide this integration. We do not sell these tokens or share them with third parties.
• An organization can disconnect QuickBooks inside Perch, which revokes Perch’s access for that connection. The organization can also revoke Perch’s access from its Intuit account.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate Perch, including with service providers that host and support the product:

• Netlify for application hosting and delivery
• Supabase for database, authentication, and related backend services
• Email or messaging providers, if used to deliver account or operational messages
• QuickBooks Online / Intuit, only when an organization connects that integration and only for the purposes described above

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Radii, our users, or others, or in connection with a corporate transaction involving Radii Technologies LLC.

Data retention and deletion

We retain organization and user data while the organization’s account is active and as needed to provide the service. On written request, we will delete account data in accordance with our operational and legal obligations. Some residual copies may remain for a limited period in backups or logs until those systems rotate.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted storage of QuickBooks OAuth tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Perch is intended for business use by construction and related organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy on this page.
